Self Collect Instructions
Customers must read the instructions before placing self collect orders. All customers who place self collect orders are considered to be clearly aware of the self collect instruction and agree to follow the instruction strictly.
- Lalamove pick up is available, please give your order number to Lalamove driver so we can know which product to give the driver
- The Self Collect Warehouse is not a shop. There is no product display or product introduction at Self Collect Warehouse. Please check our online shop for product information.
- Order must be paid 2 hours before collecting the products.
- Order Number must be provided when collecting orders.
- Children and juveniles are not allowed to enter for safety reasons. If any child or juvenile enters the gate and gets injured for any reason, we/warehouse will not be responsible for the injury.
